As you know, we like to keep things simple around here, so we have laid out all the “need to know” information around us getting your products to you, and if you need to get anything back to us.

This returns policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other relevant consumer law. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We can sometimes offer change of mind returns on a case by case basis, so please reach out to our team at info@ggc.nz or 0800 LET DOWN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tamper seal unopened. We do not offer returns on any breastfeeding items where the tamper seal is either removed or tampered with, due to hygiene reasons. This also applies to breast feeding pillows. This does not apply to faulty or damaged products.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items which are sent with free delivery, the delivery fee will be taken from the returned item when processing refunds. 

Clearance items and gift cards are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, within 7 days of receiving the item we can issue a credit. 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your items have arrived damaged, faulty or not what you have ordered, or do not comply with legal warranties please reach out to us at info@ggc.nz or 0800 LET DOWN, our team is here to help.

We do require photos of the fault to be sent to us before you return your item. Also confirmation you are using your product correctly to our instructions. To view our Pumpd pump instructions please click here.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days with shipping costs included.

Please note, as all woman and their supply are unique results may vary with Pumpd Pump results.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified of the return.

SHIPPING

All deliveries will take place during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, unless you select Saturday Delivery at checkout. This is an additional charge.

New Edition NZ ships across New Zealand and internationally via tracked courier. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. If you are unable to select your country at checkout please reach out to our customer service team at info@ggc.nz or 0800 LET DOWN.

While we always do our best to ensure items arrive at our customers within our expected delivery timeframes, once an item is with the courier certain things outside of our control can affect delivery times including public holidays, natural disasters, weather, courier and aircraft delays. We are always here to help when we can with these so please reach out to us.

Additional courier costs may be applied for oversize items.

If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the item from a delivery depot, the item will be returned to sender. If this occurs, re delivery from our warehouse to you will be charged and all extra costs will be passed on. If a refund is then requested, this will be refunded less shipping costs and any additional costs incurred.
